    The Buyer

    Who is purchasing the property.

    The Buyer's Real Estate Agent

    A guide to help you along the journey of purchasing a property.

    The Buyer's Loan Officer

    An employee of the bank or lending company where you are applying for a mortgage.

    The Buyer's Attorney

    Is equipped to prepare and review documents relating to purchase agreements, mortgage documents, title documents and transfer documents.

    The Seller

    The person(s) who is selling the property.

    The Seller's Realtor

    Licensed Agent who markets the property on behalf of the seller as well as being a guide through the real estate sale process.

    The Seller's Attorney

    Prepares & reviews all of the documents that are signed at the closing of a real estate purchase on behalf of the seller.

    The Inspector 

    Hired by the buyer, examines the house thoroughly for non-functioning systems, damages, and repairs that may be needed. Provides a detailed report of his/her findings to the buyer.

    The Appraiser

    Ordered by the lending institution to provide an objective and unbiased estimate or appraisal of the value of a property to assure the loan doesn't exceed market value.
