Raquel recently sold my mother's home after her passing. Raquel was extremely knowledgable and showed an enthusiasm and drive that impressed me. I live out of state and was deemed an essential worker during COVID. Raquel took my challenges and worked hard to go above and beyond based on my needs to make the experience as easy as possible. Her responsiveness was almost immediate and her strategy for the sale of the house resulted in 2 full price offers on the first day and 1 offer 15,000 above the asking price on day 1. After 5 days and 10 offers, we accepted and offer 27,000 over asking. I highly recommend Raquel.

Raquel assisted me in selling my mother’s house. As I live and work out of state and have been deemed an essential worker during COVID, Raquel worked hard to make the process as easy as possible for me. Raquel communicated throughly and timely and was very respectful of my time and situation. Raquel’s strategy worked well, resulting in two full price offers and one offer 15,000 over asking the first day. After 5 days and bidding war between 10 offers, we accepted an offer almost 27,000 above our asking price..

I have dealt with a few Real Estate agents in the past and I have to say none of them came close to Raquel Fernandez. She is kind, compassionate, and very professional about what she does. When I was looking to rent my condo Raquel offered her services and made me feel confident that I would get my place rented in a timely fashion and for the price I was looking for. My place was rented in less than 3 months. Almost a year into the rental, I had a question about the renewal process. She didn’t hesitate to help me out. She went above and beyond what was asked of her and for that I am grateful. She is definitely a real estate agent that I would recommend to anyone who needs one. After that meeting she new exactly what I wanted and proceeded to search out properties that suited my goals.
